Anyone can post comments on Structured Notes, click on the “comment” link next to the blog author at the bottom of each post.

Moderation

All comments are moderated before posting live so your comments will not appear right away.
We cannot guarantee that all comments submitted will be published on the site

The following types of comments will not be posted:

1. Messages that gratuitously promote a business or service
2. Messages that contain profanity, obscenities, racist insults
3. Messages containing confidential, proprietary, copyrighted or patent protected information
4. Messages which are "off topic" - i.e. messages that have nothing to do with insurance

All Structured Notes users agree that comments and images posted on the Blog will not defame, compromise the trade secrets or violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd harmless from any claims, losses or liabilities based on a violation of the foregoing representation.

3. Structured Notes does not allow the addition of anonymous comments. Each user posting to a blog understands that the blog post/comment can be traced to their specific user account containing their email address, user name, date and time of sign up and IP address at date and time of sign up to Structured Notes.

4. By posting comments on Structured Notes users agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd without notification.

5. Where users include references to other websites which are beyond the control of Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd. Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd is not responsible for the content of such external websites.
